We created PUSHIT because we love playing, talking and thinking about sport. We believe it will help people to enjoy the sport they play, to re-live the good bits, to laugh at the funny bits and to help them or their team improve. We hope PUSHIT will inspire and enable this.
We take your privacy very seriously and we ask that you read this Privacy Policy carefully as it contains important information on:

What information we collect
We may collect personal information about you ("Personal/Primary Account Information") which we receive from our customers when signing-up or registering to our Services, which may include the following information: your name, phone number and email address, and images of you captured through the Pushit Services. We may send this data to a third-party analytics provider, to better understand user behavior and trends, improve our application, and detect and prevent fraud or other harmful activity.
Information about other individuals: In using the Services you may provide us with information about other individuals (for example, players whose scores or videos you upload). If you give us information on behalf of someone else, you confirm that the other person has appointed you, your club or your organization to act on his/her behalf and has agreed that you, your club or organization can:
- give consent on his/her behalf to the processing of his/her personal data;
- receive on his/her behalf any data protection notices;
- give consent to the transfer of his/her personal data abroad; and
- give consent to the processing of his/her sensitive personal data, e.g. health information
Failure to provide necessary personal information when requested may result in certain Services not being available to you.
We also collect information about your use of the Services, either on an identified basis, in connection with services to the applicable customer, or on an anonymized basis, for statistical purposes, to improve the platform. This may include page views, taps or clicks, text input, scrolling and flow completion, platform engagement data, financial and payment information, and transaction activity.

Our application may contain links to a variety of advertising and third-party website sources. Security of your personal information
We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or unauthorised alteration of your personal information. However, due to the nature of email and the internet, we cannot guarantee the privacy or confidentiality of your personal information. Credit card payments are encrypted and processed using an external credit card payment processor and details are not stored by us.

We use the information in the manners described in this Privacy Policy. In addition to the purposes listed herein, the information we collect, which may include your Personal Information, is used for the following purposes:
